Gifts have no value once personalised and as such we urge you to take
care that no mistakes are made when ordering from our website as we cannot accept returns once the item has been personalised.
We will copy the information you supply us in order to fulfil your order. We will contact you if the wording does not seem 'right' but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure all spellings/wording are correct.
Should any purchase arrive damaged from
transit or does not arrive at all, then please contact us and we will
follow up your enquiry. You should also contact us if the item is
faulty in any way or any mistakes have been made by ourselves.
If you wish to consider returning a Non Personalised Gift then please
contact us initially. All goods must be returned in the same packaging and
in a 're-saleable' condition and only if unpersonalised.
refund the postage cost incurred in returning unwanted / incorrectly
ordered goods and even where you have qualified for free delivery a
postage and packaging charge of £1.50 will be levied on unwanted goods
and deducted from any refund made.
You have a duty to return any item to
us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility - We advise you to
obtain a proof of posting
